The above is a sample.
The total number of guests is then tracked through the evening for those that
select the special menu. The final number of guests selecting this menu is then
multiplied by $10.00 and a check will be written to the charity the following day.
The menu is offered to all guests entering the restaurant that evening in addition to the
guests that have made reservations to specifically support the charity or organization.
The success of these events depends very much on the promotion, by the recipient

Should the actual number attended not meet the originally expected number the charity will only pay for what food is provided at that time? The charity may sell as many tickets for this event regardless of what the expected number is in this way the charity may maximize its potential goals with a minimum of food cost to bear. The restaurant will only ask that the basic attendance cost be covered. Everything else will be provided as a donation by the restaurant to help with the charity event.
Tickets for this event should be sold in advance at restaurant outlets and also by charity organizers. The charity will print the tickets and be responsible for advertising and collection of all monies on the night. The success of these events depends very much on how well the organization promotes the events both to its own members and other members of the community that would like to support them. The restaurant will help promote by posting flyers or promotional material provided by the organization.
